Imprimez le motif du tatouage (noir ou couleur) sur un copieur jet d'encre ou laser, avec notre systèe d'essai, vous pouvez créer votre propre tatouage personnalisé en « quelques minutes ».
Orders are sent First Class with Royal Mail or on a next working day delivery service with a Courier. Orders placed before 1pm will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm cannot be guaranteed to be sent the same day. The next working day service is only available to UK Mainland addresses. Destinations such as Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, offshore islands and highlands need to allow extra time.
- Orders sent by Courier: UK Mainland orders are sent on a next working day service. If nobody is available a card will be left. The couriers cannot specify an exact delivery date/time.
- Orders sent by Royal Mail: If your order has been sent Royal Mail please allow a few days for delivery.
- Northern Ireland, Highlands and Offshore Islands etc: We reserve the right to request extra shipping payment depending on the total weight of the order and our courier's charges. We will email you to let you know of any extra shipping payment required and you have the right to cancel your order if you wish.
- International Orders: We reserve the right to request extra shipping payment depending on the total weight of the order and our courier's charges. We will email you to let you know of any extra shipping payment required and you have the right to cancel your order if you wish.
- DVDs: If you have ordered a kit, dvds are sometimes sent separate from the manufacturers in Europe.
Any requests for credit, replacements or refunds for shortages or items damage in transit or damaged/faulty goods must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of goods, or, in the case of non-delivery, within 10 days of receipt of invoice. Any returns must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Please request a return's form from us via email.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. used, packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
We will not refund items such as dvd's/books or goods which may have been cross contaminated ie ink, kits, machines and parts, needles etc. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and is payable by the customer who must use a trackable service. Unwanted kits returned will be subject to a 20% handling/packing charge. Unwanted goods purchased will not be refunded due to hygiene and cross contamination. Heavy unwanted goods purchased ie Flash Racks, Ultrasonics and beds etc which need to be returned, return postage will have to be paid for by the customer and must be packed exactly as received, a 20% re-packing fee may be charged.
